Reset and Shine is a dedicated small business focused on providing support to individuals facing challenges related to hoarding. Throughout my experience in support work, I identified a significant gap in the availability of cleaning assistance. This realisation motivated me to establish Reset and Shine, a service designed to aid those who feel overwhelmed, whether due to demanding work schedules or years of accumulated clutter. Supporting individuals where i can is a true passion. I derive great satisfaction from transforming spaces, particularly following a hoarding clean. Observing the relief and joy on my client's faces is what inspires my commitment to this work. My extensive background in mental health and disability provides me with a unique perspective on the diverse challenges individuals encounter, enabling me to approach each situation with empathy and care. I am committed to making a positive impact in our community and collaborating with various services to ensure that every individual receives the aroha and support they deserve. I have completed specialised hoarding courses and continuously seek opportunities to enhance my skills and services. My mission is to foster positive change in the lives of those I serve, assisting them on their journey to achieving a clean and organised home.
